Any advice on receiving the product?
- Unpack carefully as soon as you receive the product.
We try to secure them firmly in the box so that they do not move during transport. - Let the flowers take form. They can be a bit compressed from shipping. You can help by very gently ruffling through the flowers
- Dried and preserved flowers are fragile, if there’s any breakage on the larger stems you can carefully cut them and add them at the bottom of your vase for a little personal touch.
Can I reuse the vase?
For most of our arrangements, yes! Once the flowers have lived their life to the fullest, you can replace them with a new bouquet and reuse the vase.
Some vases are made with floral foam, usually the ones with a larger opening. Keep this in mind when reusing the vase.
