We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you are looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If the cause of the return is attributable to a quality defect, a full refund will be issued and the return will be handled by us.
Quality problems must be reported within 10 calendar days of receipt of the shipment.
If the cause of the return is not due to a product problem, the total refund of the order will be made excluding shipping costs and deducting the cost of the return.
You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
